Refund Policy

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Refund Timing

Once a refund is approved, processing time depends on the payment provider and issuing bank. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may apply if an item is returned incomplete, damaged after delivery, or outside the confirmed return conditions.

Failed Or Cancelled Orders

If an order cannot be fulfilled after payment has been captured, we will cancel the unavailable item or order and issue the applicable refund.
